Can't take your pottery home after your visit? No problem. We'd be happy to send your fired pottery directly to you.

Once you've finished painting, we'll glaze and fire the pottery. Afterwards, we'll carefully pack it and send it to the address you provided.

Shipping is paid in the café before you leave Faze Studio.

Delivery

The pottery must first dry, be glazed, and fired before it can be sent. We will send it as soon as possible once it's ready.

Delivery time depends on both the firing process and the carrier. You will receive a notification when it's on its way.

Please check that your name, address, postal code, country, phone number, and email address are correct. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the provided information is accurate.

We carefully pack all pottery. If, contrary to expectations, a package is damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible and send pictures of both the packaging and the damaged pottery.
